If you have a product or service that you think may be of interest to us, please send an  e-mail to info@clubx.com.au and be sure to include the following information:

Feedback or complaints:
We take your feedback seriously. To let us know how were doing, to comment on a shopping experience or if you feel your issue was not dealt with to your satisfaction at store level, please e-mail us at feedback@clubx.com.au or call our toll free number on 1-800-4-CLUB X (1800-425-829). To ensure we can deal with your issue quickly and effectivly, please provide as much information as possible and don't forget to include your contact information.

Sponsorship and donation enquires:
We receive numerous approaches for corporate donations and sponsorship each year. If you have a request for either, please drop your complete proposal into the store closest to you. This will then be forwared to head office for consideration. The usual time for a response to a request is 6 weeks.

Loyalty program enquires:
For lost cards, fogotten PIN's or other questions please contact your closest store.
