Club X Return/Refund Policy   We are highly confident you will thoroughly enjoy your Club X purchase. In the event the item is faulty however, we welcome you to return it to us within 14 days with the original receipt for an exchange with the same item. Claims made after 14 days will not be recognised. Due to the nature of the personal products sold at our stores and public health considerations, we will only replace faulty items for the exact same item. We will not exchange any item due to a change of mind, cheaper price elsewhere or if the fault was caused by negligence or inappropriate use. If you provide your personal information to us as a customer, Club X will give you the choice as to whether or not you wish to receive further information about special offers, promotions, and changes to our products and services. If you indicate that you do not wish to receive these, we will not contact you further for these purposes. Q. Can I access the information you have about me? A. Generally we will hold very little information about any of our customers apart from information used in our Loyalty program and your e-mail address. If at any time you want to know exactly what personal information we hold about you, you are welcome to access your record by writing to us. You must be able to verify your identity. Your information will usually be made available to you within 30 days. Q. Can I Change or delete the information you have about me? A. If at any time you wish to change personal information that is inaccurate or out of date, please contact us in writing and we will amend the record.
